Operational Framework | Version 2.0 (2026)

1. Preamble

HISABIFY International operates as a high-precision digital auditor for wealth purification (Zakat). By accessing this terminal, you acknowledge that you are using an automated calculation tool designed for educational and religious facilitation. These terms govern the relationship between you (the User) and Al-Hisab (the Provider).

2. Financial Data Integrity

Our platform synchronizes with global financial markets to provide live spot rates for Gold, Silver, and Digital Assets. However, the user must understand the following technical limitations:

Market Latency

Rates may vary by 1-2% from your local market due to exchange spread and network latency.

Currency Fluctuation

International USD rates are converted to local currencies using mid-market values which may differ from bank retail rates.

8. Spiritual & Numerical Service Terms (Elite Portal)

8.1 Interpretational Nature of Results

All results provided by the Hisabify Elite engine (including Abjad values, Islamic name meanings, and Elemental/Ansur temperaments) are based on classical linguistic and mathematical frameworks. These results are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.

8.2 Limitation of Spiritual Liability

Hisabify International does not claim absolute metaphysical perfection. While we use verified Abjad-e-Qamri standards, the "unseen" (Ghayb) remains known only to Allah (SWT). We are not liable for any personal, spiritual, or psychological interpretations a user may derive from these calculations.

8.3 Intellectual Property of Algorithms

The specific code, logic, and 2026-calibrated algorithms used to derive Elemental and Abjad results are the proprietary intellectual property of Hisabify. Scraping this data or reverse-engineering our Elite Engine for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8.4 Accuracy of Input

The user is responsible for entering correct spellings and data. Our system processes exactly what is provided; any calculation errors arising from incorrect user input are not the responsibility of the platform.

Shariah Disclaimer

HISABIFY provides calculations based on modern Shariah consensus. However, for complex inheritance, corporate structures, or multi-jurisdictional tax laws, users should consult a qualified Mufti or Shariah Advisor.

3. User Responsibilities

The accuracy of the "Final Zakat Total" depends entirely on the data provided by the user. You are responsible for ensuring that all liquid cash, jewelry weight (in grams), business inventory, and tradable assets are entered correctly. Al-Hisab does not verify the physical existence of your assets.

4. Privacy & "Zero-Storage" Policy

We take your financial privacy seriously. Unlike traditional banking apps, Al-Hisab Free Terminal does not store your net worth data on a permanent database. Once you close your browser tab, your session data is automatically purged. We do not track individual financial profiles or sell user data to third-party advertisers.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI/UX designs, the Al-Hisab logo, and custom CSS frameworks are the exclusive property of Al-Hisab. Any attempt to scrape our live market data or reverse-engineer our calculation logic for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

HISABIFY International and its development team shall not be held liable for any spiritual or financial consequences arising from underpayment or overpayment of Zakat. The tool is provided "as is" without any warranty of absolute religious perfection. The ultimate "Niyyah" (Intention) and disbursement are the user's religious duty.
